Mental Over ("we", "us") publishes Nightblood. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
Information we handle
Nightblood stores settings, progress, achievements, an anonymous leaderboard profile and recent diagnostics locally. We do not require an account or ask for your address, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Speedrun leaderboards
When online rankings are enabled, a completed standard run sends a random anonymous player ID, your chosen public alias, two-letter country code, completion time, kills, level, app build and completion timestamp. This provides world and country rankings. No email, Google account or precise location is attached.
Advertising
The first Google Play release of Nightblood is ad-free. It does not include an advertising SDK, request ads, or use the Android advertising ID. If advertising is added in a later update, this policy and the Google Play declarations will be updated before release.
Your choices
You can clear local game data by removing the app's storage or uninstalling the game. The game remains playable without a network connection; only online speedrun rankings require one.
Children and age rating
Nightblood is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. It contains gothic horror imagery and stylized fantasy combat.
Third-party services
The online leaderboard is hosted for Mental Over and processes only the anonymous run information described above.
Retention, security, and changes
Local settings remain until you clear them or uninstall. Leaderboard results remain until the board is reset or a valid deletion request identifies the anonymous player ID.
